In Rising Tide you must escape the flood for as long as you can. Build ladders between floors to climb to higher heights. Collect toolboxes to upgrade the speed with which your ladders are built.
Bridges can be built to get you access to that extra toolbox, or the faulty valves that will quickly rise the tide if you don't switch them off!
Pop the clouds that form to keep the speed of the tide down, and get to the next floor quickly to switch off those pesky valves.
